LEA PARVIO OBJECT CONSERVATOR
My name is Lea Parvio and I am a trained object conservator. Currently I am working as an objects conservator at the Museumcenter in Hordaland in Bergen, Norway. Before moving to Norway I worked as a object/furniture conservator at the Ostrobothnian Museum in Vaasa, Finland. In 2015 I completed a MSc course in conservation practise at Cardiff University (Wales, UK), graduating with distinction.
I have experience working with a variety of materials, including archaeological objects. Examples of my work can be seen below. Below you can also find some of the different material analysis techniques I have experience with.
